The Painkillers 12"

Joe Dub and Topic's first 12-inch under the Painkillers banner is officially here! The "Do Not Disturb" 12-inch features an unlikely production cast which includes - Riddlore of CVE/Blowed, Emynd of Anticon/1200 Hobos/White T's infamy, and the amazing tag team remix effort of Lab Waste. I'm told that the full length album should be dropping sometime in late March. So stay tuned for that. Upsetter the Movie

I can't tell you how excited I was to discover the existence of Upsetter - The Movie. Let's hope it lives up to the hype. I've yet to see a Lee Perry documentary that has done his music justice. And to the naysayers, seek out his Super Ape LP or Heptones - Mistery Babylon, and come back to me and tell me you aren't convinced of his mad genius.

I need to get on the ball and pick up the latest issue of Wax Poetics. Guess who graces the cover.
